I was wondering how I live up to the traits that are generally associated with the normal Scorpio male. Obviously they are never 10% on the ball as more factors than your sign make up your personality, but I was suprised after all my research how much of it felt like me and the way I react to things!

Here is a run down of the general personality traits that I found to be associated with the Scorpio man.

A quick overview of the Scorpio man

The typical Scorpio is known to have a very extreme and intense personality. However on the outside they keep a very calm and almost cold appearance but underneath a whole world of emotions including strength, passion and will to succeed.  Scorpio definitely has more than meets the eye.

Scorpio will always try and figure out every situation. They always have to have backup and and a second backup plan making sure all fruits are covered. They can come across as  and untrusting  and you will find it hard to get inside them. However  they will often try you for information as they had to have as much knowledge as they can about every situation.

These traits can make it seem like Scorpio is exploiting those he finds to be weak however  it could be a slight insecurity that is causing this behavior. The people that Scorpio lets him will be shown love, trust, respect and will be held in the highest esteem. A Scorpio friend is somebody who will not let you down and will possibly be a friend for life. This goes over into relationships which  like Scorpios overall personality can also be extremely intense.

Scorpio ambitious,  often seen as a control freak, extremely well organized and can be harsh with words. However they also harbor a deep love, respect and longing to be loved by others.

Money and career:

Scorpio is extremely ambitious and they have a great power inside them that helps them achieve pretty much anything that they aim to.  Scorpios will rise faster in their career than many other sites.

Financially  they are very well organized often keeping out of debt and having a nice amount of money saved up for  a rainy day. They also like things with class  so they aspire to have a high-class lifestyle. They like modern classy interiors,  classy restaurants and enjoyed being treated well.

They like to keep complete control over their career and their finances if you have partnered with a Scorpio  then it is unlikely that you will be allowed to touch this. They been domain.

Friendships, relationships and social Life

Scorpio can sometimes be seen as a recluse or unsocial. It’s true they do enjoy their own company and don’t like big crowds but Scorpio is choosy with his friends. When he does pick friends he really respects them and holds them in esteem, even if the cold appearance and harshness still rears it’s ugly head from time to time. They are very capable of holding grudges and not speaking to friends because of this but will be straight there is genuine help is needed.

Much of Scorpios traits in friendship moves across to relationships aswell. When Scorpio lets you in Scorpio will show you much love, respect and will hold you in the highest esteem. This does not mean that they will not be harsh will words or let down their guard at all times. It will be an intense ride but possibly very rewarding if stuck with.

Some of scorpio’s worst traits in friendship and love are jealousy and arrogance. They have the ability to look down on others they do not feel matches up to them and sometimes get jealous if others are popular or not devoting all their time to the Scorpio. However a Scorpio can always be trusted and is genuinely a good friend especially when needed.
The temperament and emotions of Scorpio

Scorpio has many positive traits such as composure, calmness, ambition and loyalty but can sometimes let their anger and deep set unconfidence rule over and make them seem harse or nasty at heart, which they are not!

Scorpio needs to know what’s going on in every situation and can get very insecure and defensive if this isn’t the case. In a relationship they need to be loved for and made to feel special to ease the insecurities and allow them to excel and burst out with all the good traits they possess.

They are definitely misunderstood as they don’t wear any emotions on their sleeve. If you are lucky enough you will find out that a Scorpio man is one of the most passionate, emotion beings around. They are just affraid of getting hurt!
